Welcome to our lush three hundred acre family-owned estancia situated along the shaded slopes of the majestic Volcan de Santa Ana (Santa Ana Volcano) in Santa Ana, El Salvador. Our rich fertile volcanic soil and high altitude provide ideal conditions for growing the world’s best coffee. Topéca is grown exclusively at our two plantations, Finca El Manzano and Finca Ayutepeque. Topéca has the distinction of being one of the world's only single-estate specialty coffees to be hand cultivated from Seed-to-Cup. We grow traditional heirloom varieties of Arabica including the famously complex and nuanced Bourbon and Typica species which are dramatically superior in cup quality.
