Our Finca Ayutepeque produces High Grown (HG) coffee at an elevation of 1,000 meters. Ayutepeque has 50% Bourbon & Typica, and 50% Pacas/Pacamara. Pacamara is a hybrid variety of pacas and maragogype that we have just recently begun growing. Our first crop of pacamara will be harvested in about three years.
